1) Overview
Rubbivera helps you log and organize every perfume you wear. Tag each scent by brand, model, and occasion (for example commute, date, or party) and see your history on a visual calendar timeline.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).
Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support: content you send to customer support (including attachments, if any).
- Any other information you choose to enter into the App.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, and identifiers (where permitted by your device/OS settings).
- Usage data and analytics: in-app actions, feature usage, timestamps, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, and related diagnostic data.
- Location data (only when you grant permission): approximate or precise.
Cookies and similar technologies
- We may use cookies/local storage (and may include web beacons in web contexts) to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
- You can control cookies via browser settings; some features may not work without them.
3) Location Information
If you enable location permission, we may collect and use approximate or precise location information to support App features and improve the Services. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
4) Photos and Face Data
- No face recognition; we do not create biometric profiles.
- Not used for marketing or ad targeting; not used to train advertising systems.
- By default, images are stored locally unless you choose to upload them for processing.
- If server processing is used, uploaded images are processed only for the requested operation and deleted as described below.
5) AI / Automated Processing (Optional Feature)
Some optional features may use automated processing (which may be described as “AI” in the App) to generate or transform content from text or images you choose to upload.
- Processing occurs on servers controlled by Rubbivera Team (not third-party AI providers).
- We do not share your uploaded text or images with any third party.
- Inputs and outputs are deleted immediately after processing is completed, except temporary retention needed to deliver the result to you.
- You fully control whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.
6) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services.
- Personalize your experience.
- Improve and develop the Services.
- Keep the Services safe and secure.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
7) How We Share Information
- With your consent.
- With service providers acting as processors under contract and only as necessary to operate the Services.
- For legal compliance, and to protect rights, safety, and security.
- As part of a business transfer (subject to appropriate protections).
8) International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
9) Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular audits and security reviews.
- Backups and recovery procedures.
10) Data Retention
- Account data: for the duration your account is active.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: retained up to 6 months.
11) Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correct, delete, restrict, or object (where applicable).
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

12) Children
The Services are not directed to children under 17. If you believe a user under 17 provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes within the App or by other appropriate means. The Effective Date above indicates when this policy takes effect.
